WELCOME! Our unique program is designed to assist health care professionals in finding practice opportunities in Illinois' critical access hospitals. Critical Access Recruitment can also provide medical professionals with support and assistance throughout the job search process.

Critical Access Recruitment  is a recruitment program operated by the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN). ICAHN is a nonprofit hospital association/network serving critical access hospitals in the state of Illinois.
